3 Ways to Incorporate Grapefruit Into Your Diet

Throwing a little grapefruit in your diet can help you combat fever, fatigue, influenza, malaria, indigestion, diabetes, and a slew of other undesirables. Here are 3 delightful ways to do so:

Grapefruit

1. Broil your grapefruit. It’s way easy and way more exciting than a bland grapefruit half for breakfast. Just preheat your broiler. Transfer grapefruit, cut side up, to a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle with sugar then broil it, watching closely to prevent burning, until the sugar is melted and beginning to turn dark amber. It’ll take about 8 minutes. Let the grapefruit cool before serving.

2. Sneak it in your guacamole. Next time you make your own guac, add a little excitement with some grapefruit in the mix! (It’s a surprisingly amazing combo)

3. Forget the rest and have a drink. Magnifico Giornata Sparkling Cuvee is available in Grapefruit Blanc! That carries the same health benefits as whole grapefruits, right? Right.
