Sports Are Healthy!

Sports are healthy. No matter how you cut it, exercise is exercise.  I don’t care if you’re shuffleboarding, surfing, footballing, or penis lifting… physical activity is important.  At least 30 minutes a day.  Especially penis lifting.

What’s penis lifting?  You’re about to get educated.
