This almond and Yogurt recipe is the perfect brunch entrée, healthy and tasty. If you are more into the lunch part of brunch, try this chili roasted tofu, equally delicious and satisfying. Ingredients:
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 TBS honey
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 very ripe banana, mashed with a fork
Orange Honey Syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 TBS of orange zest
- juice from 1/2 an orange
