A Little Wine Cocktail for You

Written by Bryce

Here’s a little wine cocktail that’s easy to make and apparently beyond delish (according to varied reports on the interwebs). Seeing as I’m knocked up and all, I won’t be able to drink this for quite some time, but I have my heart set on sipping on next summer. In the meantime, let me know if you make it and please describe (in detail) the varied flavor notes:

Brancott Berry

3 parts Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc

3 strawberries, chopped

1 part Gin (Beefeater or Beefeater 24 preferred)

Agave nectar to taste

Juice of ¼ of a lemon

Directions: In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the strawberries in the lemon and agave nectar. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice.

Strain over ice into a wine glass. Garnish with a strawberry slice on rim of glass
