Add a Little Spice to Your Stretch

When I go to the gym, I really enjoy stretching after a strenuous workout. I’m talking simple a butterfly stretch (minus the dude crouching in my crotch) to wind down my gym sesh. However, if you’re ever feeling adventurous, take your stretching to a new level and be like The Rubberboy!

He is holds the world record for being the most flexible human, ever. Daniel Browning Smith can bend so far forward he can literally kiss his own ass. I aspire to learn how to do that because that is definitely the ultimate party trick.

Also, we don’t want baby Ben to turn into an uneducated gangster (even though he’s totally hood)

So when it comes time for him to learn the alphabet, the Rubberboy can teach him

    The alphabet is totally cool! I printed it out to show to my little dancers so they can do the alphabet w/ their bodies!
