We all think of heart disease as something that occurs later in life, after we’ve lived a long life of treating ourselves to work, cigs, beers, burgers and little to no sleep. But, shockingly, we are finding heart disease and the threat of heart attacks happening to chicks like us, in our 20’s & 30’s, headed to yoga a couple of times a week, living a seemingly normal, healthy life.
