Today could very well be the best day of your life. Here are 7 things you should be happy about (no excuses!):
1. Summer is on its way. Even if you hate shorts or the color turquoise (but honestly, why?), you can be happy about all the fresh fruits and veggies and breathing air that doesn’t hurt.

2. You can choose your destiny. Get out there, do something that fills your soul.
3. Even animals smile. Proof above.
4. You can change the world. Your happiness rubs off on other people, and if you do the smiling thing often enough, you might even be responsible for peace in the Middle East.
5. According to science… only about 10% of your external circumstances is responsible for your overall happiness. The rest comes from within, so, you’re the boss!
6. Better health. The happier you are, the more antibodies you produce (as much as 50% more!).
7. Dancing. Just dance. Anywhere, everywhere. I’m not sure if there’s science behind this, but, I’ve never been unhappy whilst dancing. I do it at my desk A LOT.
8. Human touch. There’s something physical that happens when we give or receive hugs– happiness chemicals. Hug people. High five.
