This year’s color of the year named by Pantone Universe and the rest of the beauty community is Emerald Green. Every year, Sephora and Pantone Universe collaborate to create a series of kits and palettes that incorporate or compliment the color of the year. Recently, the two brands came out with various eye shadows, blushes, brushes and eyeliners in the infamous Emerald shade. However, my favorite item they released this season is the new “Colorbyte Lip Wands” palette.
I don’t know about you, but I definitely would not wear Emerald Green on my lips. I’m bold, but I’m not that bold. So instead of coming out with a green shade that not many would wear, they came out with this palette instead. The thing I find interesting and unique is that even though green is not incorporated in the palette, all of these shades were made to compliment Emerald Green. If you decide to wear Emerald Green eyeshadow or liner, swipe on one of these lip glosses and you will be all set to go! Not only are these shades stunning and super-lustrous, but they’re free of Parabens and Sulfates.
