Beauty Spotting: The Cheap Bronzer That’s Worth a Try

Written by Bryce

$4 well spent!

When I got an editorial sample of last week I was initially hesitant. I won’t lie… I thought cheap equaled cheap. That there was no possible way that a bronzer under $5 could look natural, nevermind flattering. I was wrong. In fact, I was so wrong that over the past few days I’ve found Steph hopping over to my desk from time to time to touch up her face with a little of this makes-your-face-look-dewy pressed powder.

We happen to love the “Strike A Pose Rose” shade that is neatly divided into four stripe of color- one to highlight and the other 3 to blend to your perfect shade depending on your varying skintones with season (um, hello, you’ll probably be darker than you are now by the end of July or August). The color is brown, not orange, which is a definite plus for those of us girls trying to stay away from the Snooki lookie. At about $4 a pop, I’d give this product a thumbs up for leaving at work, in your purse, and even at your boyfriend’s house for quick touch-ups.

PS- here’s a quick bonus tip, you can rub your finger in one of the darker shades and apply to your eyelid crease for a little natural-looking definition in a pinch!
