Before the Neon Trend Dies Down

Written by Bryce

Before the neon trend dies down, I think we need to appreciate it in all it’s happy glory. I mean, no, I’m not investing in any more mega bright belts, tunics, or designer shoes… but I do think a few cutesy hair accessories in the sub-$10 category never hurt a soul. Definitely not my soul (my wallet lives in the apt next door to my soul, by the way).

I’m loving Goody’s Neon Elastics (for less than $5 for a hefty pack). You can pick ’em up just about anywhere hair stuff is sold including Target, CVS, and Sally Beauty.

And if you’re feeling a bit jazzier, replace your grande frapp with a bright flower in your hair (all the sweetness with none of the calories) from Claire’s. It’s under $10 and you’ll be able to fasten it onto your pencil cup for a desk-pick-me-up when neon is no longer en vogue:)
