Equipment
- 1 cocktail shaker (we use this affordable, high-quality stainless steel one in our own kitchen)
- Cocktail glasses
Ingredients
- 2 parts Gray Whale Gin
- 1 part fresh lemon juice (must be fresh, please don’t use the bottled stuff for this!)
- 1 part cranberry juice
- .75 part honey syrup (make your own, buy it pre-made or substitute with simple syrup if necessary and you’d like a vegan-friendly option)
- 1 whole egg white (skip if you’re going for the vegan option, though we love the egg white’s froth and texture)
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder and star anise
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
- Then add ice to the shaker and wet shake.
- Double strain into rocks glass with no ice. Garnish with cinnamon powder and star anise as pictured.
