  • 1 part cranberry juice
  • .75 part honey syrup (make your own, buy it pre-made or substitute with simple syrup if necessary and you’d like a vegan-friendly option)
  • 1 whole egg white (skip if you’re going for the vegan option, though we love the egg white’s froth and texture)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder and star anise

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
  • Then add ice to the shaker and wet shake.
  • Double strain into rocks glass with no ice. Garnish with cinnamon powder and star anise as pictured.
