Change Up Your Toner With A Little Vodka

Written by corey

One of my favorite ingredients to add to anything, is alcohol. I think I get it from my mother, who would pour a bottle of brandy into just about any recipe. As for me, I’m partial to vodka. It mixes so well with just about anything and if you’ve got the good stuff, it goes down quite nicely. Additonally, I’ve always treated my skin like it’s a temple. I want to put my best face out there, just waiting to be discovered for the next season of Bad Girls Club. We found something that combines the two, a vodka cleansing mist!

The recipe is super easy to make and it’s perfect for those weekends away or disguising a mid-day drink as a beauty routine. You’ll take a small spray bottle and fill it with distilled water, that’s the main ingredient. You’ll also take 1tsp of vodka to help with the oil on your face, a few drops of argan oil and throw in some rosemary for its natural astringent properties.

The toner is perfect for setting your make-up, soothing irritation or just giving yourself a quick refresh. We’re definitely giving this recipe a shot over the weekend. Maybe we’ll even bring it to brunch just incase the waiter is a bit too slow re-filling our drinks. I may even keep a bottle next to my bed. I already have a facial mist right that I use for midnight refreshing but I’d prefer the vodka. What about you?
