Colombia has gorgeous beaches, with access to both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. It has rain forests, mountains, futbol, gorgeous weather, world-famous coffee, delicious food, beautiful people, and a relaxed lifestyle. Is there anything on that short list that doesn’t sound like paradise? I really don’t think so, and I don’t even drink coffee.
I will when I visit Colombia, though. My roommate always tells me that there is a lot more to Colombia than getting shot up by a drug cartel and having my body stuffed with condoms full of narcotics, then shipped back to the US in a body bag.
I am starting to believe him.
