Bar Prince is a girls-only bar in Tokyo with a cross-dressing female wait staff.
I don’t even know where to begin with this, so I’m just going to jump right in. It never ceases to amaze me the amount of bat-shit ideas that come out of Japan, and Bar Prince is no exception.
Cross-dressing bars have popped up all over Japan recently, but Bar Prince in Tokyo is different because no men are allowed. To make up for this lack of testosterone, the female wait staff dresses up like male princes straight out of a bad anime cartoon, with the goal of making all the clients feel like princesses.
Essentially, this is a drag king bar, which is even further cemented by the fact that the “princes” are treated like local celebrities, which you can follow on Twitter if you so choose.

The moral of the story is, if you are a confused straight girl with a thing for anime men and an innate fear of penises, Bar Prince is probably right up your alley, and possibly your vagina too.
