I should start this by saying that I don’t typically receive diamonds in the mail, but a few weeks ago I received a rather large, unmarked box. When I opened it I found the complete Designline Enchanted haircare collection and a fuzzy purple bathrobe. Obviously the people at Enchanted were eager to have me lather up with their diamond dust infused shampoo, conditioner, and styling products.
Don’t get me wrong- I’ve never met a diamond I didn’t like, but I was a little confused about how or why they’d be good in my hair (although I really can’t think of a single BAD place to put a diamond). Did I mention this line also boasts 24 karat gold flakes, too? I was pretty sure I’d try the shampoo and get some type of glittery effect in my hair, and really- I was excited about that. But, what I didn’t expect was a smooth, frizz-free Jewfro. It takes a lot to tame this wild head of hair I have, and I usually resort to organic argan oil or something of that nature to keep it in check, but somehow diamonds and gold flakes did the trick. I shouldn’t have been surprised, though, because I can’t think of a single time in my life when diamonds and gold DIDN’T do the trick.
