Diet Scale Tells You What to Eat, Not Weight

Eat this, not that.

I’ve always been particularly fond of the “if the clothes fit, we’re still good…” method of monitoring my weight.  I don’t often step on the scale to see if I’m 2 pounds this way or that way- that’s an emotional roller coaster that I can’t be bothered to ride. I have a feeling designer Ji Lee had the same mentality when she designer this nifty scale that tells you what you should be eating rather than some number.  Too skinny? Have a milkshake.  Too fat? Have a piece of lettuce.
