Meet Tama the cat, the station master of a Japanese train station who probably has a better job than you. For the past seven years, Tama has attracted tens of thousands of tourists to Kinokawa City, Japan by dressing up like a station master and posing for photos. Sweet gig, #amiright?
20,000 tourists visit from Hong Kong and Taiwan to visit the cat, and she is credited with revitalizing the tourism industry in the area.
All I can say is that this shit would only work in Asia. In New York, I have seen plenty of cats dressed up like humans, though most of the time they are sitting on the shoulders of homeless people and meowing for spare change.
