This morning I got up early to learn some beauty tips for Spring from celebrity make up artist Joanna Schlip and the girls at PF cosmetics! Physician Formula just released their Spring 2010 line full of great new sets of products. Out of all the products shown, Physician Formula’s Shimmer Strips set had my attention almost immediately. This collection is dedicated to enhancing your eye color, and include eye shadow, mascara duo, and gel creamliner. I personally love having fun with colors, and I think Spring is the perfect time to do so! The shimmer strips eyeshadow collection is available for blue, green, brown, and hazel eyes. Each palette comes with 9 bold shades, divided into 3 trios – natural, playful, and dramatic, depending on how much you want to make your eye color pop! Joanna made sure to mention that these shadows last all day and reminded us to have fun experimenting with the different shades.
The next Shimmer Strips product shown was the Eye Enhancing Mascara Duo. On one side is a black mascara enhanced with a hint of a pearl color and on the other side is a bright color, depending on your eye color, that could be worn alone for a fun look or combined with the black!
The last part to the Shimmer Strips collection is the gel creamliner. This product was described as bringing eyeliner to a whole new dimension! The gel cream comes in three different shades all geared towards enhancing a specific eye color. These sets of three colors are also stackable! Joanna jokingly called them “adults legos”. The formula is smudge proof and water resistant, guaranteed to give you glamorous eyes that will last the entire night!
