Fawaffle: Falafels and Waffles Combined

Written by Bryce

Fawaffle: the lovechild of falafel and waffles. Genius.

Daniel Shumski over at FoodRepublic just invented what may possibly lead to peace in the Middle East: the Fawaffle. It’s the lovechild of the falafel and a waffle, rich in soft chickpeas and a smattering of usual falafel seasonings. It’s not deep fried, so there’s a chance it’s even considered health food (imagine that? a high protein, healthy waffle!).
