Fix your Feet with the High Heel Workout

While high-heels can be sex-alicious and slimming, they can also slice, dice and squeeze my little tootsies into a painful ball of woes and toes after a day or night of funtimes.  If you can relate (you’re a liar, liar pants on fire if you can’t relate) check out Backbone and Wingspan’s FREE clinic teaching women how to strengthen and release areas that tend to tighten from long hours spent teetering on five-inch heels. Complimentary wellness therapies and evaluations will also be offered.

Studio director and founder Tim Driscoll, foot alignment expert and Cathy Ferrara, certified Pilates instructor at Backbone and Wingspan, have developed The High Heel Workout, a 30 minute series of exercises that will help any woman survive her highest of high heels.
