All you have to do is:
- Come in on October 31
- Bring in a piece of candy of your choice
- Not be a current patient
- Be between 21 and 31 years old
- Sign a photo and video release for social media purposes
Easy enough, right? Their Flat Iron District location is open 10 AM to 7 PM that day, and will give the first 31 people who match the above criteria one free area of Botox (we’re big fans of hitting those 11 lines) when mentioning “Free Botox” at the reception desk.

If you don’t meet the age criteria, Botox virgin, or new client criteria — don’t worry. BeautyFix says they’re willing to honor a discounted rate of $199 per area of Botox for all other customers, and if they’re already packed in, they’ll reschedule you for another time with the same discounted rate.
