Dogs all over Taiwan are getting awesome geometric haircuts.
If you follow anything I read, you know one of my favorite things to report on is bat-shit crazy trends in Asia. The newest trend I am happy to report on is geometric haircuts for dogs. Yes, you read that right. People in Taiwan are paying for their pooches to look like walking topiaries.
I can’t believe I said that sentence, but I am so glad I did. The trend started when people all over Asia kept trying to one-up each other with the crazy, and someone got the bright idea to make their dog look like a hedge. Dogs all over Tawain, especially in Taipei are getting the cut in either an afro-like circle or a square.
Say what you will about the trend, but two of my favorite things are dogs and lawn sculptures, so I am all for it.
