I survive a hangover by drinking lots of water, taking a multi-V, and lots of R&R!
I drink lots of water, gatorade and take some ibuprofen before bed and in the morning. Then a big greasy cheeseburger for breakfast!
It starts with prevention – two glasses of water and some crackers BEFORE bed does wonders. Otherwise a bacon egg and cheese sandwhich in the morn works too!
Lots of water and a greasy breakfast does the trick!
I got really good at surviving hangovers in Vegas. I just dance non-stop all night so I can metabolize the liquor quicker. Then before I pass out, err uh go to sleep, I take two Tylenol and drink at least one glass of water. When I wake up, I down two more glasses of water, put on a smile and hope no one gets close enough to know I smell like a saloon.
Water, Motrin, coffee…repeat as necessary!
Take 25 milligrams of meclazine before bed, drink lots od water, gingersle or gatorade (depends on what your seinks were mixed with) if they were high sugar use orange juice instead. Shower if you can lol, go to bed, wake up, more orange jiuice and motrin, use under eye concealer and listerine! Lol
I survive a hangover by heading it off to begin with by drinking water after each drink. Drinking the water hydrates the brain and circumvents the hangover. I have a lot of potty breaks but so much easier in the morning light!
I really can’t beat them so I just have to avoid them. Drink tall, weak cocktails slowly.
I don’t have this down yet cause I get hangovers. But I drink a big glass of water before bed take 2 aspirins and hope for the best. Try tomato juice or orange juice in the morning.

Gatorade, Advil, Egg McMuffin. Also, hot shower to steam the booze out of your pores.
Drinking lots of water and not mixing (too much π ) !
I avoid a hangover by not drinking anything alcoholic to begin with!!! ;~) I learned a longgg time ago that I can’t drink even one drink without getting sick.
My sister in law who suffers from bone cancer loves the Hydroxatone moisturizer. The treatments she undergoes dries out her skin & she says their moisturizer works best for relieving her uncomfortably dry skin. I’d love to win this for her.

Easy answer .. Don’t Drink π
I survive a hangover by telling everyone to BE QUIET! first of all (lol), I drink water before I go to bed… take Advil. I also drink something with electrolytes like Gatorade and have a banana. I put a pillow over my head :).
Tuank God I don’t drink
But if I did I would sleep it off.
Water, lots of water before bed. Fresh air is always good too. I don’t recommend walking around outside if you are inebriated, lol, but open the window a crack before you go to sleep.
I’m an acupuncturist and spent some time in China. My friends there told me I had “Panda” eyes, which I guess sounds a lot cuter than “Racoon” :–(
I take Advil Liqui-Gels, drink Diet Coke, eat some greasy food and some time resort to the “hair of the dog” the next day. It’s not healthy but it works. That and sleep as much as possible. I’m following @hydroxatone and @LuxurySpot on Twitter, and βlikeβ Hydroxatone and TheLuxurySpot on Facebook!
Sorry – off topic. Liquid Vitamin B12.
I quit drinking 13 years ago. Before that I would order up an italian sub and coke classic. (other option was hair of the dog and i’m not sure that was really a good one) π
I drink warm water with lemon juice….gag….but it works, then advil and lay down in a dark silent room if I still feel horrible π
Water and tylenol. π
I take a vitamin K, acidopholis lots of water and rest.
Back when I did drink I found that electrolyte-heavy fluids helped the most! (OH – And I can’t believe the # of people who said that they take LOTS of Tylenol or Motrin before/after! This would be a great subject for an article – “How you can damage your Liver by taking Tylenol/Ibuprofen & then drinking alcohol!!!” (Not trying to be a buzz-kill here….) I have had dark circles around my eyes ALL my life, made worse by allergies, late nights etc. – I sooo need this eye cream!
A secret I discovered from a friend who’s a bigger partier than I am. Available if you look hard on Ebay, or in Mexico, Beroccas. Basically a high dose of effervescent vitamin B…. and TONS Of WATER. One before bed, one when you wake up, and a Pepsi chaser. Does the trick EVERY TIME (we’re all just dehydrated but our stomachs have basically been anesthetized by all that alcohol!)

I make sure I take my b-12 supplement, drink plenty of water or my favorite sports drink!
For some reason, a really big breakfast at a diner works for me – any diner. The works: a cheese omelet with home fries drizzled with ketchup – and a really cold chocolate milk shake – has me feeling better in no time!
I can’t hold a drink to save my life so I had to quit, but I still get under- eye circles!
π
I survive a hangover by not drinking…I’m too damn old to act like I’m still in college.
First I make sure i have a large bottle of water waiting for me when i come home. While i’m out I drink at least 2 large glasses of water for every 4 drinks. Before I go to sleep more water/coconut water, and a B12 supplement. If I still end up with a hangover anyway, lots of water, 1 large coconut water, 2 pepsis, and 2 ginger ales and more SLEEP.
Drink lots and lots of water before bed and upon waking.
pedialyte!!
I take 2 extra C vitamins and 3 tylenol before drinking – then I drink plenty of water during the evening – and lots of dancing
I just drink tons of water mixed with fresh lemon juice and then I feel a lot better. Thank you for hosting this giveaway.

A bloody mary and some nice food
A bloody mary and some nice food
I usually avoid hangovers by drinking water between cocktails! The next day, I drink water, followed by a delicious Bloody Mary and celery.
This is gross, but the best way to avoid a hangover is to make yourself throw up before going to bed. Get the alcohol OUT of your body. Then drink a small glass of water or juice. I never found anything to cure a hangover.
The only thing that made me feel better was SLEEP, and lots of it.
I never could drink without getting sick so I gave it up a long time ago. I always over did it, not knowing when to slow it down. (Back in the good old days)
I know of people who don’t get hangovers, but that’s because they have way too much practice so that it’s a normal feeling for them.
Have fun – just PLEASE don’t drink and drive π
sleep + aleve + lots of water usually takes care of it! It hurts more with age though! haha

My method: (1) try not to get hangover by drinking slowly, and no wine. (2) If one occurs, eat french fries, drink fountain cokes and take ibuprofen.
Ginger ale, ibuprofen and sleep

A greasy hamburger from Wendy’s does the trick.
How do I survive a hangover? first off I try not to get a hangover, by drinking a bit of Olive oil prior to going out. Then if I over drink it will not be so bad. However If I get a hangover, I survive by using a “Ice bag”, taking a couple of Aspirin, and drinking a lot of Gatorade to re hydrate myself fast. So To recap. “Ice,Aspirin, and Gatorade.
