Lets break it down a second. My hair is not the easiest in the world, and when I say that, I mean its pretty much an afro. I use every smoothing product known to man with usually a greasy sort of nastiness as a result, you know what I’m talking about. That’s why I was so happy that I got this brush for my birthday!
The Duet Hair Straightening brush allows me to blow dry my hair fast and just run the flat iron through the ends to take some of the weight out. It smooths out my afro-cuban locks without flattening them out giving me the shine and movement I want in my hair. While I still wasn’t able to totally toss my flat iron, this did help me cut the normal 2 hours I spend on my hair (check out my pictures, it’s an ordeal). It cuts my hair time in half by combining ceramic plates to smooth the hair cuticle and the heat from the blow dryer to transfer to the hair to remove frizz.  Thank you!
