A cellulite diet is one that avoids salt and sugar, prioritizes hydration and includes oily fishes, fiber rich grains, high-water content fruits and veggies, lean proteins, and dark fruits to name a few. I also love avocado!”

So basically, that sounds like the good doc is suggested a cup of mocha every morning, right? Just another reason to break out the Dolce Gusto machine.
