In the U.K., “Pants!” is a Mild Curse…Here? It’s Art.

If you’re the jealous type and don’t want to anyone else in the world to have the same jeans as you…

Or if you consider every pair of pants in your closet a precious commodity…

Or if you’re super-green and like the idea of recycling vintage jeans into a whole new pair…

Or if you want to walk around in a line that marries California Freedom with British Cool…

Or if you want to wear the same pants that has graced the rears of Kate Hudson, Gisele Bundchen, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Garner and Sandra Bullock…

Hudson Jeans has some exciting news for you: Hudson, the brand known for its triangle flap back pocket and that says it creates pants from the best premium denim from the finest mills in Europe and Japan,  is launching a new collection – Resurrection – that transforms denim into wearable artwork.

Jeans IThat’s right: Art for your legs.

This new collections launches in April at ten exclusive retailers including Barney’s NY and Jeffrey’s.

But don’t dilly-dally – only 120 pairs are being made using jeans from the HUDSON archives, making each one one-of-a-kind.

Hudson is only eight years old…but that doesn’t make the news any less exciting.

And…get this: Ben Taverniti, Hudson’s head denim designer, uses an average of six pairs of vintage jeans for each pair in the new collection. Hudson says each pair takes about six hours to create and – whoa, boy – includes details like zippers, buttons and distressing. Styles include skinny, cropped, flare and bootcut…and you can even get different lengths.

Claiming to provide a style for every true denim lover,  Hudson says this truly indulgent $995 denim is worth the splurge as you’ll never find another pair like them.
