Katy is currently running around the globe on her Prismatic tour, looking fabulous as ever. She admits there’s a definite theme to her beauty this time around, “There are so many different looks on this tour, so many different sections actually. It kind of has to do with light so a lot of kind of illuminating highlights on my face. We are going to have a lot of colors – fun lip color, maybe some out of the ordinary lip colors and of course, my eyes will be the main feature.” Here’s how to nab the pop star’s look:
Step 1. Cover the entire lid in a creamy, neutral shade (something in the beige family).

Step 2. Add definition by using a deep grey, silver, or gold shade in the creases of the lids.
Step 3. Cover the entire lid area with a thin layer of COVERGIRL Bombshell Shine Shadow in Gold Goddess (available here).
Step 4. Use a black liner to line the entire upper lid area. Go slightly thicker and bolder than you may normally– you’ll need this extra space to act as a buffer for the faux lashes.
Step 5. Add winged faux lashes to complete the drama. Perry actually designed her own line with Eylure, which she uses on stage and off. Feline Fierce is her go to lash, and only requires about 30 seconds of know-how to apply (available here).
