This year’s Kids Week explores the theme of flight. Kids can learn how to grow food in space, create their own telescopes, and master the physics of aviation while making a perfect paper airplane. Families can learn about the stars in our pop-up planetarium, watch exciting science demonstrations or get an up-close look at live birds of prey. Explore high-flying science with workshops, screenings, and a host of special guests including NASA engineers, space scientists, aviators, and children’s book authors.

All Kids Week programming is free with Museum admission. See below for the full schedule of activities.
