I got rid of Facebook. I’ve been saying I would do it for a while but this past weekend I just did it. I honestly feel incredibly free and have been spending much more time outside and reading and taking care of important things. Stay tuned to see how long this deactivation lasts.

The best way to not be disappointed in others is to not expect anything from anyone other than yourself.

If you’re feeling very blue you must, must, must, listen to Neil Young My My, Hey Hey.

I just experienced the oddity that green juice wakes you up just as much, if not more, than coffee!

I think I finally outgrew my leather pants phase.

Pretend you’re not scared. Eventually you won’t have to pretend.

Strong is the new skinny.

Turn your phone off for at least thirty minutes each day.

When you’re faced with the choice of staying in or going out, choose the one you wouldn’t normally do. You never know what’s going to happen if you go out, but you do know exactly what will happen if you stay in.

Destroy what destroys you.
