Redhead Day UK is a ginger pride festival coming to London this year.

I have always had pride in gingers. In fact, I have had a lot of other things in gingers as well. Not to be overshadowed by the gays, redheads all over the UK are working on bringing their UK pride festival to London, to celebrate their flaming hairpieces in the capital.

Redhead Day UK, an event dedicated to ginger pride and fighting anti-redhead propaganda and bullying has been around since 2013, but is headed for bigger and better things in London, 2016.

No longer will gingers have to hide in the darkness with all the other soulless creatures. No longer will firecrotch jokes be tolerated, nor freckles made into a joke about God throwing dog-shit through a screen door. The gingers are mobilizing and taking pride in their hair, and I think it’s a great thing. Mark my words, I am going to that ginger festival in 2016, and I won’t be coming back alone.
