The campaigns for the spring season are out. While I got into work this morning, I checked my inbox to find a nice press release from MiuMiu. It’s always a nice surprise when they e-mail you (even if it’s to thousands of other editors). While I’ve seen the campaign imagery before, they just released a beautiful new video. It’s a serious must-watch as they put their Spring 2014 collection into a fast-paced, techno/kitty video. Seriously, the music mixed with random cats is just about the greatest thing that a brand can come up with.
The campaign stars the new ladies of Hollywood. While Jennifer Lawrence is contracted to Dior, the brand tapped the recent red carpet queen Lupita Nyong’o, Elizabeth Olsen, Elle Fanning and Bella Heathcote. The video was shot by Inez & Vinoodh with music by Porter Robinson. In quick flashes you get to see the new generation of talent in fun and flirty (but serious) fashion. I have it on repeat right now and you will too.
