These hysterically funny museum snapchats might actually make art history interesting. Probably not, but it’s worth a shot.
I may be pretty into art, but I don’t generally like going to museums. When I first moved to New York City I agreed to go on a date to The MET with an older gentleman who spent the entire time trying to impress me with how much he knew about art. Needless to say, there was no second date. When I go to museums, I like to go alone, with music, or with friends so I can make fun of all the hidden, um, images that make me look totally immature.

To me, art is meant to entertain, and these Snapchats do just that. I’m glad the youth of today are finding a way to connect with fine art, even if they are digitally vandalizing it with curse words and dick jokes. But I mean, I guess that’s the way every generation rolls… there’s never been a generation since the dawn of mankind that hasn’t enjoyed a solid genital joke. #amirite
