Pierre Hermé is a world-renowned pastry chef who not only makes refined versions of the signature chocolate, pistachio, and raspberry flavored almond cookies, but innovative combinations, such as olive oil and vanilla, and milk chocolate and passion fruit. They macaroons make the perfect treat when you want something sweet, but in a very small quantity!
