If Angelina doesn’t fulfill your (demanding) chocolate needs, then Jean Paul Hevin is your go-to (and even if Angelina does, why not have more anyway?) Jean Paul Hevin is a luxury chocolatier, carrying over 30 different variations of chocolate bars, as well as truffles, hot chocolate, macaroons, and rich-as-can-be chocolate pastries — overwhelming, to say the least. My suggestion? Try the Tonka (pictured above), a vanilla-almond biscuit pastry filled with dark chocolate mousse.
