Paris Best: Ethnic Food

Higuma

If you want to slurp away a big bowl of thick noodles — and cut back on your lunch bills in Paris, then consider checking out Higuma. Higuma is a ramen noodle shop situated in the Japanese quarter of Paris, on the famous Rue Saint Anne. The hole-in-the-wall restaurant serves gyoza, Japanese dumplings, and a variety of ramen; most of which are cooked with pork and vegetables (vegetarians, this is not the place for you)! The average cost for this carnivorous soup? Just 7 euros. Get there early, though, as there’s almost always a line pouring out the door. And if it’s too long? Continue walking down the street; there are dozens more (and equally authentic) places where you can get your noodle fix, I promise.
