(Pinkberry) Parfaits are delicious.

The Pinkberry Parfaits are A-OK!

I want to eat yummy ice cream. I do not wish to be unhealthy. Ta daaaaa…hi there, Pinkberry. Now, let me set the record straight, this is not technically ice cream, but yummy frozen yogurt is just as good in my eyes. Who doesn’t love a good cup of fro yo? Especially fro yo in delish summer flavors and mixed with fresh fruit? My mouth is watering just writing about it! Thanks to TheLuxurySpot hook up I got to taste Pinkberry’s two new flavors yesterday, Coconut Pinkberry and Passionfruit Pinkberry. Let me tell you guys..delish! Now I was very weary because I generally don’t like coconut flavored things, I don’t even drink Pina Coladas and that has the added bonus of booze, but when you eat these two together (Passionfruit and Coconut) in a swirl it is yum-my. “You know what else everybody likes? Parfaits. Have you ever met a person, you say, “Let’s get some parfait,” they say, “Hell no, I don’t like no parfait”? Parfaits are delicious.” Take Donkey’s (from Shrek) word for it, for real..becaus I also tried to Pinkberry Fruit Parfait, and I am seriously going back to get another one today. This little treasure in a Pinkberry cup is amazing. The layers are as follows and gets better and better as you go..honey almond granola, pineapple, kiwi, Pinkberry fro yo, strawberry, blueberries, more granola, and then more Pinkberry. It was amazing and is now my new obsession.

Pinkberry Fruit Parfait

The best part, of course, is the taste but the next best is that it’s a yummy dessert that is actually pretty good for you too! The new Coconut flavor is made with real coconut puree, and the new Passionfruit is made with pure passionfruit juice. The fruit used is the freshest high quality fruit, never canned, jarred or frozen, and prepared only when ordered. And the creators at Pinkberry are very seasonally conscious, so they plan around when fruit will be the ripest and taste the best. The yogurt is always made with non fat yogurt and have no more than 120 calories. You just can’t lose with Pinkberry, you’ll get a refreshing summer treat that is yummy and good for you too!
