Montreal-based abstract artist Robert Lamarche began painting in the early 1990s. As a scientific journalist, fossilized history and everything that is earth and rock, raw matter that inspires him. His beautiful paintings juxtapose shapes and colors in a way that carries a grander meaning yet always keeps the audience guessing.
