The Kentucky Derby is just around the corner and GREY GOOSE will be presenting the “Run for the Roses†cocktail, which is the official GREY GOOSE Vodka cocktail for the sixth year running. “Run for the Roses†is a refreshing alternative to the Mint Julep that was created by master mixologist for GREY GOOSE Vodka and author of Raising the bar, Nick Mautone.
“Run for the Roses†is the Derby drink of choice of stars such as Brooke Shields, Petra Nemcova, Molly Sims and Zoe Saldana. The Derby is not just about the drinks, but the fashion too, especially the fabulous hats. Rebecca Romijn will be wearing a custom GREY GOOSE hat at the Kentucky Derby this year, which will be autographed and auctioned off to benefit The Barnstable-Brown Foundation, which supports diabetes research.
For those who can’t attend the Kentucky Derby this year, but will be watching from home, GREY GOOSE has provided the recipe for the drink-of-choice for this year’s Derby: “Run for the Roses†for a all your party guests to enjoy.
