In this Singapore luxury high-rise, you can park your luxury vehicle in your living room.
Hamilton Scotts, a luxury condo building in Singapore really killed two birds with one stone when they offered their tenants the ability to park their expensive cars in their apartments. First off, they saved themselves the cost and real estate of having to build an underground parking garage. Second, they offered their homeowners the option to show off the ridiculous amounts of money they spend on cars.
The personal garages are located beside the living rooms, separated by a glass wall. When clients enter the building, they park their cars inside a glass elevator shaft, which then lifts their vehicle to the appropriate condo for parking.

The building touts this feature as the ability to include your luxury cars as part of your home décor, but it is also a great way to make your poor friends jealous, or get a hooker’s panties to drop in record time (both of which are probably items on Justin Bieber’s to-do list every day).
The apartments start at just 9.35 million, but that’s a small price to pay to look like a colossal douche.
