Skinny Girl Teaches Me How to Stay Skinny at Work

Losing weight sitting at your desk isn’t super hard if you have an office chair.

A few weeks ago my friend David introduced me to LiveExercise.com, a site for live (and somewhat personalized) workout videos for just about anyone that wants to join. Consider it a free gym that you can access from the comfort of your living room, garage, naked, or with a few friends for a group session. Each day the workout sessions are fresh, and you can tune into the trainer of your choice.  I’ve personally become a fan of Shannon because I like the long and lean body style that she has… and I like to assume that her workouts result in her body style.

If you’re snowed in, stuck late at the office, or even just too lazy to schlep all the way to the gym you’re going to love the site. I’ve become addicted to these deskside workouts because I can squeeze in some activity between phone calls, video conferences, and blogging.  By the end of the day I’ve broken up about 25 minutes of intense exercise into several 4-5 minute short bursts- and believe me, my muscles are still sore.
