Ummm self explanatory.  How this would even WORK, I have no idea.  Does anyone know or have heard about this?!  Black market for hymens??  PS-  Apparently China is the “prime hymen” location according to her, just in case you were wondering.  In case you forgot, China is also notorious for trading their babies for BlackBerries, so I guess anything is possible.
