I don’t know about you, but the warm weather just about crept up on me this year. I was totally unprepared for the onslaught of mini skirts, shorts, and tiny little dresses. AKA: crap, I still have 5 pounds I’m trying to lose. So what’s the plan? Truthfully, I have no intention of giving up cheesecake… it’s just the way I’m eating it that’s changing.
A small wedge of cheesecake normally runs about 400 calories, which over the course of year if you eat just a few times a week could pack on an extra 30 lbs (holy mayhem!). So, I’m proud to announce my love affair with YoCrunch’s new line of 100 Calorie yogurts- mostly the cheesecake flavor with graham topping!
The yogurts are sweetened with Truvia, a natural sweetener, instead of the junky chemical stuff in the other light yogurts. Amen, natural cheesecakey stuff is going to get me into my booty shorts:)
