Yum Alert: Gluten-Free Stone Fruit Tarts with Coconut Pastry Cream

Assorted fresh fruit [such as cherries, peaches, red currants…]

Coconut Pastry Cream

1 ½ cups glutted-free baking mix

½ cup almond meal

6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1 cup confectioner’s sugar

1 large egg

¼ teaspoon sea salt
