Whit-Whit strikes a fashion cord, yet again.

Mixed reviews are abound here in TheLuxurySpot.com think-tank… are these shorts ridiculous?  Whitney Port was caught wearing them while getting her party on at the Coachella Music & Arts Festival in Indio California on Sunday, April 18.
