I’m pretty sure she had never seen the color black during her 81 years of life, so I’m guessing everyone at her funeral will be clad in pink and green citrus fruit print. Lilly Pulitzer began her fashion company in 1959, after designing colorful, printed shifts to wear at her fresh juice stand. How quaint is that?
