I’ve been on an apple kick since spending last weekend at my parents’ house, where the apples are ripe for the picking. First it was gorging myself on my mom’s apple pie, then I progressed to Affy Tapple candy apples.
Now I’m on to apple beauty products.
Epionce is a skin care line sold exclusively out of physician’s offices and medical spas, with apple extract as a key ingredient. Apple, along with the rest of the patent-pending EpiA Complex, helps to block inflammation, which can lead to the formation of fine lines, wrinkles and (yikes!) pre-cancer.
The MyChelle Apple Brightening Series is designed to help even out sun-induced skin discoloration. Applephenon, alpha arbutin, gallic acid and azelic acid offer skin brightening power. My favorite is the Apple Brightening Mist, a toner with daisy extract and natural apple fruit acids. At 2.1 ounces, it’s the perfect size to bring on an airplane for when your skin starts feeling dehydrated.
OK, I can never get away from the topic of food for too long – this next one is Klean Bath + Body’s Karmal Apple Sugar Body Polish. Its brown sugar and tart green apple fragrance smells good enough to eat!!
We all love etsy.com, the site where Bubble Tub sells its extremely popular candy apple lip balm. At $3 a pop or three for $7.50, they’re a good deal. Hmm, a great Halloween treat for your friends?
Suave Juicy Green Apple Shampoo seems to have quite a cult following for its juicy apple scent. According to one blogger, it’s also good for eliminating pee smells.

I’ve have the MyChelle Apple Brightening spray. I do enjoy the products. Arbonne has a citrus line for the holidays. They also carry body polishes as well.
