Ca’Michele Prosecco
Made from 100% prosecco grapes grown in prized vineyards of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. Prosecco goes through two fermentations in closed stainless steel tanks, trapping the natural gases and creating a natural sparkle.
Carpaccio di Tonno
Contadi Castaldi Rose
Made using Méthode Champenoise with the secondary fermentation in the bottle, using both chardonnay and pinot nero grapes grown in the vineyards of Franciacorta.
Forkfuls of Fettucini (Alfredo)
Contadi Castaldi Brut
Made with chardonnay, pinot nero and pinot bianco, using Méthode Champenoise. The grapes are all estate grown in Franciacorta.
Vegetable Millefoglie
Castello di Neive Brut
This very traditional producer is located in the heart of Neive, Barbaresco. They make wine in a magnificent old castle surrounded by exceptional vineyards. In addition to their superb red wines, they share with us a rare and delicious spumante made from 100% pinot nero.
Apple Walnut Strudel
Castello di Neive Moscato di Asti
Moscato is harvested in late August and fermented in stainless steel. Fermentation is stopped before all of the sugars have converted into alcohol. The resulting wine is an effervescent explosion of flavor.
