The iPad is beautiful and super fun to play with, but it’s also so very delicate – so you actually have a legit excuse to buy yet another bag to carry it in – yay!. However, don’t be seduced by what looks pretty – just cause it fits in the bag doesn’t make it a suitable means of transport. Go for a carrying case that offers some sort of padding. On the flip side, not every padded iPad case is created equal – enter the Assero “Defender: iPad Convertible Back/Front Tech Pack.” Now “hate” is a strong word, but not strong enough for how I feel about this atrocity of an accessory. Unless you are a kangaroo, I don’t want to see you carrying your belongings on your stomach/front side ever (be your dog, small child, computer, fanny pack, etc.). So while you’re out shopping for an iPad case, do yourself, your iPad, and your reputation a favor and go for any other padded case on the market! Need some suggestions?
