Do you have little mermaid fantasies that you desperately want to play out? Soon, you can. Poseidon Undersea Resort, located in Fiji is the “world’s first permanent one-atmosphere sea floor structure” to be built 40 feet underwater in a 5,000 acre lagoon.

The projected cost to stay in the five-star hotel will be $30,000 per week, and the resort will include 24 pod-like suites alongside a restaurant and bar. The hotel plans to offer scuba diving classes, submarine piloting instruction, parasailing, cave exploration, and reef excursions.

The Poseidon Undersea Resort won’t be complete for at least another two years, but at $30K per week, you might need some time to start saving, anyway.
