Every parent has a favorite child, even if they don’t want to admit it.
Even though my brothers and sisters swear it’s true, I don’t really think I am the family favorite. I do think I have a lot in common with my mom, and I haven’t lived in my hometown for 12 years, so it’s almost impossible for me to get in a fight with my family, but does that make me a favorite? Nah.
I do believe that every parent has a favorite though, even if nobody wants to admit it. If you want to figure out which one of your children is the best, run this scenario in your head. It may be an uncomfortable thing to think about, but at least you can spend the rest of your life making it up to the other kids.
